It was my first time in Beijing, travelling alone. I was fortunate to have Kseniia check me in from the front desk as I wasn't too confident with my mandarin. She was very helpful, gave me an upgrade and super considerate with meeting my needs for the stay as well. Location wise, it is close to the subway with 2 lines so it's convenient. Would definitely recommend.

The service is great. The hotel is at a great location. I especially want to thank 王晋萍，who is in charge of cleaning our room. She is always friendly and cheeful and takes great care of the room.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Good facilities such as gym and swimming pool are very clean. Ms. Xie Dan, the receptionist at the gym is very friendly and helpful. The staffs at hotel are all very nice!

The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, the gym/swimming pool are nice and the stuff is very friendly. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller searching for a break from work. Also for business visitors. I really recommend it, I will be coming back.
